JOB DESCRIPTION
Maple & Rose Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for sales and leasing agents to join our ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated and have a proven track record in a sales role.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Generating new business using the client database and generating your own leads.
- Building strong relationships with Developers, Sellers and Landlords.
- Conducting market appraisals/valuations.
- Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising.
- Matching clients to specific properties and acting as an investment adviser.
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord/Developer.
- Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai.
- Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
REMUNERATION
Commission of up to 60% (uncapped)
Real estate license (RERA)
Visa and medical insurance
30 days holiday per year

Languages – English compulsory written and spoken to European standards
Arabic / French / Spanish / Russian speaking is a bonus
