Creative Media Designer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer with a strong background in video editing to
join our team. This is a remote position, ideal for a creative professional who can work
independently, manage tight schedules, and deliver high-quality work consistently. The ideal
candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in design and video editing, with a keen understanding of
storytelling and the ability to take the initiative in their work.

Job Responsibilities

REQUIREMENTS

3-4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,
Figma).
Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Excellent understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to convey messages through
design and video.
Strong portfolio showcasing your design and video editing skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle tight schedules.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics and animation.
Knowledge of social media trends, paid campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
Through understanding of UX/UI design principles.
Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and handle feedback constructively.
