According to developer NSHAMA, Town Square will take 10 years to complete.

Located along Al Qudra Road, Town Square is close to Al Barsha and some of Dubai’s latest malls. It’s also just a 20-minute drive from Dubai International Airport and close to various other notable sites like the Arabian Ranches Golf Course and Dubai Sports City.
The NSHAMA Town Square development is located outside the main hub of Dubai but remains well connected to the city. There is a bus stop just 10 minutes from the community hub, and Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina can be reached in approximately 25 minutes.
Town Square is a gated community that features parks, landscaped gardens and plenty of walkways to keep residents entertained. Within Town Square is a Spinneys supermarket that’s convenient for grocery shopping, and Dubai Mall is just a short drive away where you can find hundreds of retail options including high-street fashion and luxury options.
To promote an urban lifestyle, Town Square also features amenities such as open-air cafes, gyms and outdoor sports areas as well as 10 km of jogging trails and 12 km of paths for cycling. Other projects that are planned for the area include a hotel, a cineplex and a retail precinct.
