Performance Marketing Specialist

Overview

This is a full-time, Dubai office-based role, to manage end-to-end PPC and paid social campaigns and Strategies, to meet the company’s KPIs. (Revenues, Customer Acquisition)

Job responsibilities

  • Plan, implement and analyse paid search & paid social campaigns across brands and channels using Google and Social Media Advertising tools (Ad words, merchant centre etc, FB Business Manager etc.)
  • Plan and Run campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends and techs and manage multi-channel/networks budgets to meet Revenue Targets as well as different KPIs
  • Be open-minded with an appetite to learn, and act as a solution provider
  • Manage targeting, optimization, and bidding strategies
  • Show genuine interest in SEM and Paid Social and an appetite to learn more, optimize the performance of your campaigns and use various networks and platforms (Business Manager Retargeting, Programmatic, etc.)

Manage day-to-day PPC and paid social campaigns

  • Strategy & Execution
  • Upper or lower funnel based on KPIs
  • Daily monitoring

Reporting

  • Deliver performance reports and insights to the Head of Marketing

Strategy & optimization

  • Identify growth opportunities, testing hypotheses to improve SEM traffic and increase ROAS
  • Deliver customer-focused, profitable multi-category campaigns to agreed targets
  • Address and escalate campaign performance issues.
  • Conduct A/B tests, Search Query analysis and text mining/ keyword mining

Teamwork

  • Create relationships & workflows
  • Coordinate with other team members to achieve goals

Personal Development

  • Develop your knowledge & experience in such areas as advanced Targeting and Programmatic Advertising
  • Develop & maintain a more data-driven approach for campaign management.

Skills

  • Fluency with PPC and Paid social Bid Management tools (FB Manager, Adwords, Tiktok, Snapchat etc.)
  • Strong Web analytics experience (Google Analytics, Matomo, Firebase or any other).
  • Experience in Retargeting platforms
  • Comfortable using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Experience using a CDP is a plus

Main Requirements

  • Graduate degree in marketing or similar field
  • Minimum 4-year experience in performance marketing (PPC, programmatic and Paid Social)
  • Minimum 4-year experience in a fast-paced, result-oriented environment (real estate is a plus)
  • Experience with the principles of creating an advertising campaign; composing audience targeting strategies, generating ad creative for testing, and optimizing for increased ROAS
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data for insights and next steps through understanding of forecast, campaign metrics, and conversion funnels
  • Team player with the ability to self-learn
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
