Maple & Rose Real Estate Brokerage are currently looking for commercial sales and leasing agents to join their ever-growing family. You will need to be money hungry, self-motivated, and have a proven track record in real estate or B2B sales roles.

Job Description
- Generating new business using the client database
- Conducting market appraisals/valuations
- Photographing and preparing properties ready for advertising
- Matching clients to specific properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Negotiating offers between both buyer and seller/tenant/landlord.
- Managing the sale or lease as it proceeds and liaising with all interested parties.
- Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the commercial property market within Dubai, including business licensing requirements of DLD and the various Dubai free zones.
- Becoming knowledgeable about your specific area in Dubai and showing off local interests and amenities to prospective buyers/tenants.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum one year experience as a real estate agent in any market or in a relevant B2B sales role (such as insurance broker, business setup, immigration services or similar)
Driving license is preferred
Languages – English compulsory, written and spoken to European standards
Arabic / French / Spanish / Italian/ Russian speaking is a bonus

Commission of up to 60% (uncapped)
Real estate licence (RERA)
Visa and medical insurance
Minimum yearly OTE if successful +€110K (AED500,000)
