Client Manager – Secondary Market Sales & Leasing Agent

Maple and Rose Real Estate is looking to appoint a Client Manager specializing in secondary market properties sales & lease in Dubai. In addition to negotiating sales and achieving agreed sales targets, the candidate should also demonstrate world class customer service throughout the entire lifecycle of each sale/ lease.


A secondary market client manager helps his or her clients purchase, rent, or sell properties. She/ he is expected to advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the entire process of buying, selling, or leasing.

Job Tasks

  • Source new property stock by cold calling, conducting WhatsApp campaigns and building network
  • Use Property Monitor for Comparative Market Analysis – for market analysis and client education
  • Collect relevant legal documents to electronically advertise property
  • Upload all sales content onto CRM for Property Portal posting
  • Inform direct manager of new listing and request approvals
  • Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
  • Provide guidance and assist sellers/ landlords in marketing their property for the right price under the best terms
  • Design relevant Sales strategies and discuss with management
  • Manage advertising/ listing schedules for her/ his stock
  • Attend to property verification requests and upload required documents
  • Negotiate Sales/ lease transactions
  • Manage Sales/lease administration process
  • Manage payment collection process in cooperation with the finance department
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company


  • Minimum one year of secondary market real estate experience in sales or leasing in UAE
  • RERA broker license is preferred
  • UAE driver’s license plus own car is preferred
  • Able to represent the company values (speed, professionalism, partnership)
  • Able to act and work under the company’s principle of “freedom under responsibility”


  • Basic monthly salary
  • Additional monthly performance-based bonus (based on the company’s sales and lease process parameters)
  • A performance-based commission split starting from 50%, up to 70%

An ideal candidante is responsible to maintain current landlord and tenant property management client business and pursue new business for generating revenue to support the overall operations of the company. The consultant is also responsible for customer care services for both the landlord and the tenant property management clients, as well as coordinating with the maintenance personnel or service providers.

The consultant will play a critical role in helping the company and the property management department achieve its mission, vision, values and strategic profit objectives


• Bachelor’s degree with over 4 years of experience in a similar role within the property industry.
• Well versed with rules and regulations of RERA & the real estate industry.
• Above average computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database Software, etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication in both English and Arabic.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and preferably own a car.

What will you be measured against?

• Handle all commercial, retail & residential leases pertaining to properties contracted to manage (new or renewed).
• Liaise with leasing team for upcoming units and maintain highest possible occupancy.
• Prepare, record/ file and track all documentation related to contracts (new tenancy, renewal, break lease & extended lease).
• Manage all maintenance issues in line with the approved processes and budgets from the company and the landlord;
• Follow up with the tenant on service satisfaction.
• Reconcile regular reports as requested by landlord or management and liaise with Finance Department for receivables, payables and reporting based on Oracle and Masterkey.
• Ensure all client calls (enquiries, requests & complaints) are attended to as per best customer service practices.
• Follow up with clients on a regular basis.
• Represent and act on behalf of the landlord when required within the permissible boundaries.
• Carry out onsite visits and issue tenant violations.
